Eagle Eye Produce for transport new harvest potatoes

Eagle Eye Produce, a premier fresh produce grower and shipper, will begin shipping newly grown rust, red and yellow potatoes from its packaging facilities in Idaho this week.

The annual potato harvest for Eagle Eye Produce in central and eastern Idaho has started again. Over the next several months, Eagle Eye growers will be harvesting thousands of acres of the world-famous Idaho® potatoes.

“We expect a good harvest this year with excellent products to launch, although this growing season has brought some challenges,” said Coleman Oswald, Director of Sales at Eagle Eye Produce very little rainfall, which can result in lower than expected yields. With the reduced yields, we expect strong and active markets this season, which are currently taking shape with the start of the harvest. ”

Along with the new harvest, Eagle Eye Produce will introduce new packaging, including new Harvest Select® retail containers.
